Directions
Coming from Williamsport
Take US-220 South toward Lock Haven/Mansfield until taking Exit 111 for Lock Haven/Renovo on PA-120 West. Follow PA-120 W until PA-150 South/East Main Street, where you take a left turn. Follow this until taking a slight left on Bellefonte Ave/PA-150 South. Turn left on South Highland Street, and continue for about .1 miles until you arrive at Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services on your left.
Coming from Renovo
Take PA-120 East from Renovo. Take a slight right onto North Fairview Street, and then continue onward until turning right on Bellefonte Ave/PA-150 South. Take the next left onto South Highland Street, and continue for about .1 miles until you arrive at Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services on your left.
Coming from State College
Take PA-26 North until merging on the left with I-80 East toward Bellefonte. Take PA-64 Exit 173 toward Lamar. Turn left on PA-64 and continue until taking a right on Hogan Blvd/ PA-150. Turn right on South Highland Street, and continue for about .1 miles until you arrive at Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services on your left.
Once in Lock Haven
In Lock Haven, we are located off of Bellefonte Avenue by turning onto South Highland Street and continuing a block and half to 120 South Highland Street. Client parking is available in front of the office. Please use stairs as the driveway can be slippery. Call in advance for handicap accessible parking and entrance use.
